You will enter in CAMS any assistance notes provided to you, stemming from visits. You will also be responsible for booking future appointments, referral room duties & reception tasks. Our friendly team will provide all training required.
. Maintain records in accordance with policies & procedures. Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the people we assist. Provide relevant information and/or referral to appropriate services. Advocate and negotiate on behalf of client when required. Maintain an enthusiastic, cooperative, professional & friendly approach. Consult with VSC Coordinator when unsure of process/outcome. Prepare to adopt and adhere to the ethos of the St Vincent de Paul Society
