We are seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to join our experienced and growing team based in Welshpool.
**About the role**:
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors to the head office and responsible for the following:
- Visitor attendance procedures
- Managing and directing all incoming calls and correspondence
- General administration duties
- Management of staff kitchen, stationary and amenity supplies
- Management of board room and meeting rooms
- Organizing catering and refreshments as required
**Skills and experience**:
- Relevant previous experience in a professional administrative position
- Intermediate or advanced skills in all areas of Office Suite
- Proficient in all of the above tasks and duties with mínimal supervision
- High customer focus and customer outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and friendly approach
- Able to prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Able to manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Availability is flexible on commencement.
