A skilled Service Management Specialist is needed to lead the implementation of ITSM and SIAM processes in our Canberra office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Management team to develop and manage processes that meet the needs of the department.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* ITSM and SIAM Process Development: Develop and manage ITSM and SIAM processes to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
* Documentation Management: Manage ITSM documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with SIAM and ITSM policies, processes, and procedures.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Operations Management team to establish and implement ITSM and SIAM services.
