Seeking Network Administrator (Field Service Representative) for 24 month contract | National Security clearance required for this growth opportunity
Your day at NTT
* Perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for all assigned systems and products
* Maintain and administer infrastructure and endpoints across DCR and SDTE environments
* Assist with logging, triaging, and resolving support requests in coordination with the team
* Conduct scheduled upgrades, updates, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
* Audit and manage assets and materiel at unit locations throughout Australia
* Participate in product testing, evaluation, and support activities for cyber range deployments
What would make you a good fit for this role?
* Demonstrated experience in IT administration and managing physical/virtual network devices
* Strong understanding of network support principles, including troubleshooting and fault resolution
* Ability to work independently and provide timely feedback and technical recommendations
* Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory; can be completed upon engagement)
* Familiarity with cyber security tools and practices, including CompTIA Sec+ and Powershell
* Experience supporting large-scale networks, cyber ranges, and cross-functional IT teams
