Full-time Salary: Base $100,000 – $120,000 + Performance Bonuses
Total Package (OTE):
$250,000 – $400,000 (based on experience and performance)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in mortgage broking or banking, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
We Are Seeking Professionals With
* 5+ years of experience in mortgage broking or banking (e.g., Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Lending Manager).
* Strong understanding of broker-client-bank dynamics.
* A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to commit full-time and be physically present at the branch daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and train a team of mortgage brokers.
* Develop tailored training and development plans for each broker.
* Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing coaching.
* Support brokers in managing relationships with banks and lenders.
* Liaise with the back-office credit and processing teams.
* Oversee daily branch operations, including administration, expenses, and profitability.
* Contribute to marketing strategy and execute local campaigns to drive business growth.
