Experience in builder/trade procurement or supplier/account management.
Understanding of financial management principles.
Property Claims Experience
Strong customer focus and energy to succeed. Superior customer service skills.
Problem solving and decision making: swift decision-making and implementation.
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively.
Background in property claims management is advantageous.
Experience in contract and vendor management.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiating pricing with partners and monitoring industry pricing and repair costs.
Ensuring correct billing and payments.
Acting as a role model for Allianz values and enforcing cultural requirements within the team.
Repair Management: monitoring claims for validity and cost containment; coaching builders on documentation; ensuring service levels and cost savings are met.
Maintaining professionalism and maturity; delivering results in high-pressure environments; prioritizing work and meeting deadlines; working autonomously and within a team; supporting and encouraging team members.
