What you'll do:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remittance Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, supporting our B2B customers, and ensuring that our sales strategies are effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of our remittance services.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with B2B and high volume clients.
Re-engage dormant accounts to encourage future activity.
Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.
Plan promotional activities, collaborate with marketing, and manage the sales budget effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in the remittance industry required, preferably with B2B clients.
Strong copywriting skills, adept at crafting content ranging from witty to professional.
Resourceful and relentless in driving team and business success.
