About the Role Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer and overseeing a team of experienced Credit Managers, the Group Credit Manager supports senior management and sales teams to deliver sound commercial outcomes for the business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage credit policies and limits
Oversee negotiation of repayment plans
Work with legal advisors where appropriate
Ensure compliance with bank and credit insurance requirements
Conduct evaluation and forecasting
Manage legal recovery and dispute resolution
Interpret and apply legislation
Required Experience and Skills
Several years of experience in a Credit Management role (circa 10 years preferred) in a business of substantial size
Current membership of the Australian Institute of Credit Management
Excellent communication skills, customer‑centric focus, advanced negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management skills
Continuous improvement mindset and well‑developed understanding of commercial risk
