About the opportunity:
This role involves working with our established high-performing Service Team to service and maintain complex building automation systems and equipment.

* Training available in other areas including Chillers/HVAC.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Installation and commissioning of equipment.
* Fault analysis and rectification of technical issues.
* Servicing and maintaining installed equipment on existing sites.
As a global company, we support internal promotion and offer opportunities to move into other areas or develop leadership skills into management roles.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with building performance, energy efficiency solutions, and mechanical services.
* Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.
* Preferred experience with BMS/DDC software engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in building controls post-apprenticeship.
* Operational experience with commercial HVAC.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong understanding of chiller, boiler, and airside plant performance and design.
* Passion for safety identification and resolution.
* Electrical or restricted electrical license is essential.
