The Role:
Due to continuous growth, Castle Hill BMW has an exciting opportunity for a BMW Fastlane Technician to join our Service Team! You will be responsible for delivering precision servicing, diagnostics, and performance tuning of vehicles. You will also play a key role in the Fastlane customer experience and the management of the Fastlane, whilst ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Joining will mean becoming a member of a very successful, driven and supportive team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to high-performance engines, drivetrains, and suspension systems.
- Managing the BMW Fast-Lane area, ensuring vehicles are serviced in accordance with agreed times.
- Execute performance upgrades and software calibrations
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment suitable for premium vehicle servicing.
- Collaborate closely technicians and service management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What we need from you:
- A relevant trade qualification
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working in an automotive service environment
- A strong work ethic
- A current and valid NSW driver’s license
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A commitment to continual learning and professional growth
