About the Role
* You will lead handling, sales, and business development for the region
* Data maintenance for 100% coverage in assigned territory
* Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation for flagship brands in the respective region
* Service delivery and client retention
* Market intelligence, data analytics, and insights for Marketing teams
* Achieving targets in designated areas
* MAPPING NEW PROJECTS & BUILDERS, ACQUIRING NEW PROJECTS AND BUILDERS FOR DESIGNATED TERRITORIES
Requirements
* Graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales
* Experience in real estate business
* Outgoing personality, confidence, and self-motivation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Persistent and resilient individual
