Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to oversee our Client Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and training team members, ensuring the utilization and maintenance of process and quality documentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate team activities to ensure priorities are clear, work is evenly distributed, and peak workloads are completed within required timeframes.
* Manage support issues from internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
* In peak periods, perform day-to-day Client Services Support Officer activities where capacity exists.
