This is a hands-on Foreman position, where you will lead small teams on-site while remaining actively involved on the tools.

Overview
Plumbing Foreman (On the Tools) Residential & Commercial Projects | $100K – $120K + Super Core Talent is partnering with a well-established family-owned plumbing contractor that has been successfully operating for over 30 years.
Due to continued growth and strong, long-standing relationships with Tier 2 & Tier 3 builders, this contractor has secured a strong pipeline of large residential and commercial projects across Sydney, with plumbing packages reaching up to $4M.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values quality workmanship, strong leadership and long-term team culture, with ongoing support from experienced Project Managers and Directors.

Requirements
* Minimum 10 years plumbing industry experience (preferred)
* Strong Residential and Commercial project experience
* Two strong recent references
* Supervisor Certification (training can be provided if successful)
* Australian working rights
* Own vehicle preferred
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
