We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
In this role, you'll provide the first point of contact for our clients and will a key part in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.
You'll be supporting our therapists and clients with appointment bookings, client communication, billing, and general administration tasks.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of administrative and client service skills in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

· Is IT proficient and quick to learn new systems (Office 365, Excel, Xero, Splose)
Prior experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will commence in February 2026, and will be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am - 5pm.
