The Role:
* Lead and inspire a team of 10+ on a daily basis
* Daily development and coaching of your direct team
* Collaborate with Department Managers across all categories
* Achieve daily compliance and sales targets
* Support the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Manage the store 5 nights a week delivering on customer experience and store standards
