Community Gateway are looking for a dynamic and values-driven individual to join and support our teams The Accounts and Recruitment Officer will support both the Business Support and People and Culture Branch, through undertaking a range of accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and WH&S responsibilities.

**Selection criteria**
**Essential**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role.
- Ability to work under direction from the Manager Business Support/People and Culture
- Sound understanding of payroll and accounts payable
- Sound understanding of awards and Fair Work conditions.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
**Desirable**
- Experience using Reckon accounting software or similar software
- Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding software (HRIS)
**Additional requirements**
- Current NSW Drivers licence.
- A National Criminal History Records check
