Job Description
Access Service Group is the service division of Access Group Australia and is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry providing service and support. We specialise in the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of mobile equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers and generators supplied by world leading brands such as Genie, JGL, Merlo and Globe Power.

We are currently searching for Vehicle Painters to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be involved in all paint and prep duties.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
* Able to clean and prepare surfaces
* Able to paint a variety of surfaces
* Able to paint different types of vehicles, machinery and mobile equipment, including but not limited to EWP's, Boom lifts, Telehandlers, Forklifts, or associated plant and equipment
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement in addition to having:
* A willingness to learn is non-negotiable, but previous experience within a similar role or industry is highly advantageous
* Trade-qualified or relevant experience
* EWP licence desirable
* Conversant in handling, mixing and application of various coatings
* Understanding of various vehicles, mobile plant type equipment (EWP's, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, Forklifts, etc.)
* Maintenance of all spray guns and equipment
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to strict time frames
* Ability to work both as part of the team and autonomously
* Ability to take direction from supervisors
* A commitment to working safely, in line with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
This is a full-time role with an hourly range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. The successful candidates will need to be available to work Monday‐Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
