**Breezway** is an Australian company that manufactures and markets awarding-winning Louvre Window products all around the world. We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Consultant**.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will have a strong emphasis on order and quote management along with being the first point of contact with our customers. Your aim is to build relationships, identify customer needs, promote products and offer solutions.

**The role and responsibilities**:
- Entering a high volume of data with maximum accuracy
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Working in a fast-paced team environment
- Achieve individual key performance indicators
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A background in sales/customer service
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
- Superior telephone skills (ability to build rapport)
- Good presentation and a bright outgoing personality
- A real passion for Customer Service and a genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
