**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping customer strategy, driving new sales growth, and expanding share of wallet with existing customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute customer strategy, owning customer tiering and integrating it with broader company goals.
* Oversee account planning and management, identifying growth opportunities and assessing risks.
* Generate business development opportunities, pursuing new markets and fostering relationships.
* Drive sales and cross-selling initiatives, engaging account reps and securing deals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training, educating customers and employees on product features and best practices.
* Manage team development and performance, leading sales training and optimizing processes.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales management or major accounts management.
* Extensive and successful experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Government (B2G) selling and servicing.
* Experience in leading, motivating, coaching, and performance managing a team.
* Tertiary qualified or equivalent formal studies in business, commerce, or marketing-related discipline.
