We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional with experience to join the team. In this dual AP/AR role, you will play a key part in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the accurate maintenance of financial records and the timely processing of transactions. About the Role Accounts Payable (AP) Process supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes. Manage weekly payment runs. Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records, including invoice tracking and filing. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to efficiently resolve invoice and payment queries. Assist with month-end reporting and provide ad hoc accounting support as required. Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and issue customer invoices. Monitor incoming payments and allocate receipts against customer accounts within the system. Assist in resolving customer queries relating to invoicing and payment discrepancies. Prepare AR ageing reports and follow up overdue accounts to support collections. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
