Sales and Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to ensure ongoing support and relationships.
* Conduct regular review meetings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for processed foods.
* Prepare and present insightful reporting and analysis on business activity, performance against targets, and market industry opportunities.
* Support the preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business.
* Represent the customers' voice within the business and ensure an excellent experience throughout the organization.
* Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required.
* Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace and a strong desire to work towards operational excellence.
* Formal qualifications in business or finance would be preferred.
* Strategic thinking, resilience, and a strong desire to achieve operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives.
