Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in civil/construction
* Strong understanding of labour hire and workforce management
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
