We regularly have opportunities in the Mackay QLD region and are seeking experienced Administration Officers - interested in registering with us and capable of committing to the following assignments for an initial 1-2 year durations with the possibility of ongoing extensions and other projects. Responsibilities: • Provide effective administration for project teams; Mandatory Experience As a guide, the person applying for this role would need a minimum of 1 - 2 years' practical experience in supporting a team of professionals, preferably on Civil Roads Infrastructure Construction Projects working directly or indirectly for DTMR, or any other Australian council or Road Authority. (eg: TfNSW/RMS, VicRoads, SARoads, TasRoads etc). • Computer skills in Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, file management and confident with using MSOutlook / email programs. • Prior experience with accurate Document Control with a high level of attention to detail. • The ability to 'touch type' would be mandatory. • Exposure to any Professional Document Control Management systems a distinct advantage. Must have a valid driver's licence and have access to own transport to/from home to site or office locations that may not be serviced by public transport. Preference will be given to someone already living in Mackay or Queensland.
