The IT team is responsible for the development, operation, and support of information systems and related technologies across LAQ in Queensland.
The team manages and supports corporate-wide business applications and the associated information technology infrastructure, including a state-wide data network.In This Role You WillInitiate, influence, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide high-quality IT engagement services.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand, identify, and analyze their needs, gathering detailed business requirements, including prioritization and scope.Document business processes using industry-standard modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, iDEF).Analyze business requirements and develop business requirement specifications to identify suitable system and software solutions.Working for Legal Aid QueenslandWe are committed to supporting you professionally, financially, and socially.
