This role has become available due to an internal move and offers a chance to step into a key position within the centre team.Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the centre, focusing on maintaining high standards across all facilities. You’ll play an important role in ensuring a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for our retailers and a positive experience for our customers.About the Role:As a Facilities Coordinator, your responsibilities include:Supporting the centre team in delivering top-quality hard and soft services to enhance customer and retailer experience.Managing the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to prioritise and track work orders.Assisting in environmental and sustainability initiatives, improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement.Ensuring maintenance, repairs, and capital works are completed accurately, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Building strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely, compliant, and budget-friendly delivery.Addressing and resolving facility-related concerns for customers and retailers, collaborating on cross-team projects.Supporting the delivery of Reactive Maintenance SLAs.The role is a full-time permanent position based onsite at Westfield Coomera.What sets you apartExperience in retail, property, hospitality, facilities, or building management.Strong customer service skills and excellent administrative abilities.Proven ability to supervise contractors, clarify instructions, and manage stakeholder priorities.Comfortable using business and building management systems.Flexibility to work in a dynamic, 7-day-a-week environment, including weekends (with days in lieu), occasional late-night shifts, and support during centre training hours as needed.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
