About the role
The Governance and Records Officer provides operational support to the College's governance and records management functions. Working under the direction of the Coordinator Governance, the role assists in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, supports the use and maintenance of the College's records systems, and contributes to the secure and efficient handling of records throughout their lifecycle.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in using electronic systems to manage records, understanding basic rules around governance and compliance, keeping records organised and accurate, working well with others to share knowledge, and using everyday computer programs to help improve how records are handled.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
