Crushing Operations Supervisor
As an industry leader, we are seeking a highly skilled Crushing Operations Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Crushing Operations Supervisor with extensive experience in supporting project managers to deliver operational excellence across our crushing operations. You will be responsible for supervising project staff and ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of project outcomes.
* Work Health and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all safety requirements, foster a strong safety culture and maintain a safe working environment.
* Site Supervision: Supervise all operational areas to successfully deliver the haulage and site services strategy.
* Equipment Management: Contribute to maximizing equipment utilization while ensuring safe operation and effective maintenance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A minimum of 4 years' project supervisory experience within mining crushing operations.
* Mobile crushing experience essential.
* Preferably worked on Terex Finlay / Metso / Power screen equipment.
* Must hold a Section 26 qualification.
* Completion of BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs and BSBWHS414 - Contribute to WHS risk management.
* A valid driver's license.
* Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office and project/organisational systems.
* A good understanding of cost control and reporting.
* Proven ability to apply critical thinking and resolve complex matters.
* A high level of accountability and responsibility, with a strong work ethic and a great work attitude.
* Well-developed time management and project delivery skills in fast-paced, busy environments.
* A proactive leader who champions change and inspires others to achieve positive outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the workforce and external stakeholders.
