What you’ll be doing Provide expert planning advice and support development assessments under Part 4 & Part 5. Prepare high-quality documentation (Statements of Environmental Effects, REFs) and ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements. Manage planning approvals, coordinate consultants, and compile assessment reports. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including other government agencies) to deliver successful project outcomes. What we’re looking for Tertiary qualification in urban/regional planning (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in Local or State Government planning - especially residential development and Part 5 assessment experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in providing clear, practical planning advice. Familiarity with the relevant legislative and statutory planning framework is a plus.
