About the Position
We are seeking a Community Marketing Associate to
work collaboratively with
the Vibram Oceania Director to deliver agreed outcomes and initiatives.
ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW
This role is offered as an
independent contractor engagement
. The successful candidate will operate as a self-employed contractor responsible for their own tax, superannuation, insurance, and statutory obligations.
SCOPE OF WORK
* Deliver brand and product training for retail partners
* Support consumer education initiatives to drive brand awareness
* Coordinate and assist with events and activations
* Contribute to strategic growth projects across Oceania
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail, training, or customer-facing roles
* Bachelor's degree in communications / marketing is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving ability.
* Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Energetic, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Passion for athletic, outdoor, and lifestyle products.
EXPECTATIONS:
* Workload expected to be equivalent to full-time hours, subject to project requirements
* Flexibility in work location and schedule, as agreed
* Travel across Australia may be required (up to approximately 30%)
* Ability to support event setup, including handling materials up to 20kg
* Availability to support events, including outside standard business hours, as required by project needs
