We are seeking a Warehouse and Customer Care Coordinator to join our small team full-time at our Richmond warehouse in Victoria. Please note we are open to being flexible with how the role is structured for the right candidate, including the possibility of a 4-day part-time role.
Key responsibilities:
* Fulfillment of DTC, Wholesale and PR orders
* Processing inbound bulk deliveries
* Coordination of store and third-party stock transfers
* Warehouse inventory management
* System administration tasks to support stock management
* Processing online returns
* Respond to all customer enquiries via email and website tickets
About you:
* Strong organisation skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence in learning, using, and troubleshooting business systems e.g., inventory, warehouse, and customer care platforms
* Comfortable problem-solving and working independently, particularly when projects are complex or fast-paced
* A car and Australian driver's licence
Applicants will be looked upon favourably if they have experience in:
* Logistics/warehousing, or within a stock environment
* Shopify
* Cin7
* An interest in fashion is preferred
