You'll be the friendly first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient medical records—handling filing, scanning, data entry, admissions, and information requests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism and care.
We're looking for someone who works well both independently and, in a team, shows initiative and takes pride in their work. Flexibility and a commitment to patient-focused service are essential, as is a willingness to learn new systems and support across departments as required.
In return, you'll enjoy a supportive team environment, opportunities for cross-training, and a meaningful role where your organisational skills directly support patient care.

Responsible and mature work attitude.
A strong team player with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable and confident with speaking on overhead pager system throughout the hospital.
Adapt to changes within the daily roster
