what you'll be doing
The Finance Establishment Officer is responsible for the maintenance of the staff establishment in the Finance Budgeting System and assisting with the update of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) – StaffLink. The position will partner with the HRIS Establishment Officer and consult with key stakeholders to ensure that the establishment data within StaffLink matches with approved FTEs and funding.
The position will contribute to the development and implementation of business procedures to ensure data is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Health Administration or equivalent experience working within a large complex and diverse service industry organisation.
* Proven ability to coordinate, prioritise and complete work assignments within tight timeframes with the ability to exercise autonomy and initiative to ensure quality outcomes
