* Prepare and bake all bakery items as per recipes and daily schedule
* Maintain consistent quality, portion size, and presentation
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
* Operate and clean baking equipment safely
* Control wastage and use ingredients efficiently
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages
* Keep baking area clean, organised, and ready for service
* Work cooperatively with the team and follow management instructions
