Empower Lives as a Support Specialist
You will work with individuals to empower them to build confidence, achieve their goals and enhance their mental wellbeing.
This role involves working one-on-one with recipients to support them to live independently as possible by carrying out activities such as cleaning and organizing, preparing healthy meals or maintaining a yard.
You will also provide transportation to and from activities like shopping, attending social events and appointments.
