Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Internal - Outbound Sales professional. The role involves conducting outbound sales calls, building client relationships, and generating leads to expand the customer base. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and promoting the value of ForestOne's products to prospective customers. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Proficiency in Sales techniques and practices
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
* Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry is advantageous
