Our client is a premier, Tier 2 Main Contractor with a formidable reputation across the Queensland market. Renowned for delivering high-specification commercial, retail, and industrial projects, they are currently seeking a high-calibre Finishes Foreman to join their Brisbane-based delivery team.

The Role
As a Finishes Foreman, you will be the final line of defence for quality. You will take full ownership of the project's \"face,\" managing everything from the internal fit-out through to the final \"white glove\" handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Snagging & Defect Management: Implement a rigorous \"zero-defect\" culture from the commencement of the finishing phase.
* Subcontractor Coordination: Orchestrate finishing trades (joinery, flooring, glazing, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and strict programme adherence.
* Site Leadership: Maintain impeccable standards of site presentation and health and safety compliance.
* Programme Management: Assist the Site Manager in tracking milestones and managing the critical final 20% of the project timeline.

Your Profile

* Attention to Detail: You have an uncompromising eye for detail and can spot a 2mm misalignment from across the room.
* Tech Savvy: Experience using Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
