Food & Desire is seeking passionate Chefs of all levels to join our team for the Formula 1 Grand Prix 2026, working across premium hospitality spaces including Porsche, Ferrari and Audi at Albert Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-profile event, with roles available during pre-event preparation, and live event service from 5–8 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food to high quality and presentation standards
* Assist with menu preparation
* Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance at all times
* Check and store delivered goods correctly
* Work collaboratively with kitchen, front of house and event teams
* Support smooth daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous kitchen experience in a similar role
* Events experience highly regarded but not essential
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work autonomously when required
* Must have valid working rights in Australia
