**About the Role**
Our Community team is the heart and soul of Workit Spaces, dedicated to providing an exceptional environment, outstanding customer service, and fostering a vibrant community of like-minded individuals.
This is a full-time position based at our Bourke Road hub in Alexandria.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Content Creation**
- Create engaging visual content, such as videos, reels and photos highlighting the benefits and unique features of our space and events.
- Collaborate with team members and members to gather stories, testimonials, and photos that showcase the community and its achievements.
- Capture photos and videos of our community events and external events to share on social media by the Marketing team.
**Events & Catering**
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients regarding event bookings at Workit.
- Act as the main point of contact for external clients interested in or booked for event spaces.
- Upsell catering and other services to enhance event experiences.
- Welcome and assist clients on the day of their event.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.
- Organise and host monthly social events for Workit to foster a sense of community.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide personalised assistance to members, addressing their needs and enquiries effectively.
- Assist with reception duties, including greet and assist visitors, members, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
