Job Description:
Fund administrators play a crucial role in supporting our business by processing payments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actioning of workflow documents
* Indexing of outgoing correspondence via workflow and document manager
* Preparing benefit payments for processing, including departing Australian superannuation payments/financial hardships/compassionate grounds/death
* Processing member account updates
* Checking completed simple benefit payments
* Responding to client inquiries within agreed service level agreements
