* Diploma of Leadership and Management (National Code: BSB50420 | CRICOS: 108505M)
* Advanced Diploma of Management (National Code: BSB60420 | CRICOS: 108506K)
* Graduate Diploma of Management Learning (National Code: BSB80120 | CRICOS: 108507J)
Contract Details
* Duration: June to August 2026 (3 months)
* Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term (maternity leave cover)
* Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with course curriculum and training package requirements.
* Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
* Assess students' progress through practical and theoretical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with RTO and ASQA standards in all training and assessment activities.
* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate current best practices into course delivery.
* Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training resources and materials.
Qualifications and Experience
* Essential: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Essential: Relevant qualifications in Leadership and Management (Diploma or higher)
* Essential: Demonstrated experience in training and/or management roles
* Essential: Robust knowledge of BSB training packages, particularly in Leadership and Management
* Essential: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Desirable: Experience teaching international students
* Desirable: Familiarity with RTO compliance and ASQA standards
* Desirable: Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds

Compensation and Requirements
* Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
* Experience: Teaching – 2 years (Preferred)
