This initiative focuses on transitioning merchant terminal products to a new, resilient platform that will enhance product development and customer experience.About the ProjectThis is a strategic platform migration project involving four agile squads, each aligned with a specific vendor. The goal is to streamline operations, improve resiliency, and accelerate innovation across merchant terminal products.
