OSHC Educators – Outside School Hours Care at Trinity College OSHC. We offer flexible shifts across multiple locations with casual and permanent part-time roles designed to fit your lifestyle. A Certificate III to Diploma-level qualification in a relevant education or care field is available, and we welcome applicants with varying levels of qualification. What You'll Do
With the knowledge obtained in your specialised qualification, assist in the preparation and planning of developmentally appropriate programs for children.
Create exciting and engaging activities that support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
Support children's wellbeing, independence, and sense of belonging.
Be a positive role model and trusted adult in their day.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.

Experience & Qualifications: A relevant qualification (Diploma or Level 3 or equivalent) is essential. Qualifications include a Diploma, Cert III or IV in: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts. Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
RRHAN-EC Fundamentals & Masterclass Certificate
The Hours
Pick up shifts across the services open hours:
Morning Shifts between 6:15am – 9:00am Monday to Friday
Afternoon Shifts between 2:30pm – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
