**About the role**:
This is an exciting 12 month contract opportunity to be part of our Customer and Community Business Unit and join our specialist Metering Services team managing complex metering and billing investigations, implementing data integrity measures and process improvements affecting billing and developing key relationships across the organisation. Key accountabilities will include:
- Investigate, analyse and resolve escalated meter and billing validations to ensure integrity of the data for billing.
- Facilitate accurate investigation of data and calculations for account adjustments for missed, misread meters, concealed leak allowance requests through to customer resolution, aligned with internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor the Smart Meter device platform/s and coordinate work requests for the investigation of device connection issues, identification of customer side leaks through to customer notification and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, approved standards, policies and procedures relating to rating and property practices and processes.
