The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Debt Recovery Paralegal. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume workload of debt recovery cases across the insurance and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
* Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery;
* Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement;
* Collaborate with clients and participate in court proceedings across Australia;
* Provide administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research;
* Engage in customer service-focused activities, regularly communicating with clients and involved parties via phone and email;
