Business Partnering Role
The role of a Business Partner involves working closely with leadership teams to drive commercial performance. This includes partnering with the HR Director and other CoE Leads to connect functional strategy with enterprise-wide People priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with functional leadership teams to identify talent, culture, or engagement opportunities and develop sound business-oriented solutions.
* Drive the development and execution of organizational design needs and related change management support.
* Partner with Talent COE to build strong talent pipelines for functions and contribute to employer brand initiatives.
* Facilitate the planning and lead the execution of global Talent Management processes, such as Annual Performance Review, Talent Review & Succession Planning, and Development Planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7-10 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated experience of successfully partnering at a Director level.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply a business lens to everything.
* Organizational design and change management experience.
* Proven foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirements.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
