3. Deliver outcomes for our clients that are: exceptional quality; on time; on budget and meet/exceed all contracted obligations
4. Commercial and contract management for all Services
5. Run the P&L meeting and exceeding KPI
6. Lead and Build a Team of Advisory Professionals [Identify, recruit, administer, manage, train, mentor and upskill]
7. Lead all Marketing [multi-channel] and Public events, building credibility and a profile for the Companies Technology Advisory Services
8. Build Capability [IP, Practices, Methodologies]
9. Quality Assurance for all services, based on deep technical experience in the subject matter
