Description
* Lead enterprise-level business analysis across security and ERP programs
* Deliver IAM requirements, process mapping and future-state design
* Facilitate enterprise workshops with senior business and technology leaders
* Document current-state and target-state processes and data flowsPartner with architecture and technology teams on solution design
* Engage HR, corporate and operational teams across the organisation
* Translate complex technical concepts into business requirements
* Support delivery across changing priorities and funding decisions
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology or IT projects
* Strong technical understanding of systems, integration and authentication
* Experience with IAM and/or ERP programs is highly regarded
* Confident facilitator with senior stakeholder engagement experience
* Able to work independently and initiate work with minimal direction
* Strong documentation and requirements elicitation capability
* Comfortable operating in complex, enterprise environments
* Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
