Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an experienced Construction Area Manager to join the Clarendon Homes team servicing the South Nowra region.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Clarendon Homes' quality standards. You will play a critical role in driving site performance, managing construction teams, and maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
What you'll do:
* Manage and oversee multiple residential construction projects across the South Nowra region.
* Drive construction timelines, site productivity, and quality outcomes.
* Lead, coach, and support Site Managers and construction teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
* Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
* Proactively resolve site issues, mitigating delays and construction risks.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including internal departments and external partners.
About you
To be successful, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in residential construction leadership (Area Manager, Supervisor, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of building processes, scheduling, and trade coordination.
* Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction compliance.
* Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A genuine commitment to quality, safety, and customer outcomes.
