Offer description

As a Learning Business Partner Lead, you'll play a vital role in translating business strategy and capability needs into actionable learning requests for the Learning, Leadership & Talent Development Centre of Excellence (CoE). You'll consult with Lines of Service to ensure firm-wide learning solutions are fit-for-purpose, aligned to priorities, and informed by data.

Why PwC?
At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health - giving you the chance to make a real impact. Here, your growth is our priority. You'll work with leading teams, explore new technologies, and unlock your full potential.

Join a global community of more than 370,000 people who value bold ideas, collaboration, and lasting change. Together, we're building trust and shaping the future.

What you'll do:

* Act as a trusted consultant and primary point of contact for assigned Lines of Service, conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and capability assessments; partner with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to align skills needs; provide insights and recommendations to the CoE; and monitor and report on solution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure operational alignment by accurately scoping and documenting business requests for CoE delivery; collaborate across the CoE to track progress and ensure timely execution; and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing alignment and responsiveness.
* Support governance, planning, and prioritisation of learning initiatives through data-driven insights; contribute to risk identification and compliance tracking; and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements.
* Collaborate with Learning Business Partners and Program Managers to share insights and ensure consistency; contribute to the Learning Community of Practice by sharing consultative approaches and business intelligence; and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

* Demonstrated consultative partnering experience with business stakeholders, including conducting LNA and skills assessments and translating business requirements into clear, actionable CoE requests; high EQ, professionalism, and presence.
* Strong alignment with SWP and capability frameworks, with experience monitoring and reporting on solution effectiveness; clear communication and stakeholder management skills; and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proven ability to collaborate across Learning Business Partners, Program Managers, and CoE teams; inclusive, constructive, and responsive approach; accountability and ownership for the quality and impact of consultative work.
* Governance and operational strength: experience supporting prioritisation, risk identification, and compliance tracking; adept at scoping, documentation, and data-informed recommendations that champion fit-for-purpose, strategy-aligned learning solutions.

What you'll gain:

* The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
* Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what's best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
* Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
* Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
* A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
