Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care services for residents at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care practices, ensuring the well-being of residents, and delivering care to the highest standard.
Job Description
* Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
* Safe administration of medication
* Maintaining clinical documentation
* Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
* Engage with residents on a daily basis
About You
* Experience and best practice from previous Nursing roles within Australia (and Aged Health Care)
* A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents
* Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans
* Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation
* Knowledge and understanding of ACFI documentation
* Ability to work across various shifts
* Ability to provide up-to-date vaccinations (Covid & Flu)
